1. Skoog (visual feedback and sensitivity)
2. Notes  (choose notes/pitches) 
3. Settings  (customise settings and sensitivity)
4. Instruments (choose physical modelling instrument)
5. Sampling (record, edit, choose mode)
6. MIDI (on/off,  settings)
