Visual Display

The note name beneath each indicator tells you what note is currently assigned to each surface; these are also colour coded.

You can change the range of the displayed keyboard by clicking the toggle arrows, up or down accordingly.

Choosing a Scale
There is a default note range for each of the instruments, e.g.for the flute the default setting is C major scale at the 5th octave.

To select a pentatonic scale simply use the drop down menus (scale, tonic and octave) by clicking in the display boxes.
